LED tail/brake lights vs radio static

Anybody else run into this? I put in some Superbrites and at the same time I also did the antenna "Y" mod, with the main antenna up or down unless I'm within 20 miles of the radio station every time I hit the brakes it blocks out the station.

Sounds you need one of these. Noise Filters at Crutchfield.com I've ran a few different types over the years and haven't had one that didn't do the job yet.
