LED Tail Lights w/led turns & reverse lights

Wondering if anyone with LED tail lights has replaced the turn signal and reverse bulbs with leds.
Would like a little brighter reverse lights and think leds would do this, and I like the instant on/off of leds in the turn signals.
I suppose there could be a problem with leds in the rear turn signals and regular bulbs in the front turn signals. Not sure.
Anyone have experience with this?

LEDs in the reverse light shouldn't pose any problems. LEDs in the turn signal will require some additional work/modification (need to add resistors) because of the load LEDs have is very low. It will cause the flasher to flash the turn signals rapidly because it thinks a bulb is burnt out.

Actually, if you want brighter Turn or Rev lights look for a low wattage (35W or so) halogen bulb.
