Left Rear passenger window problems

anyone have detailed instructions with pictures on how to troubleshoot and fix a left rear passenger back window problem on a 94 4runner? im not great with haynes type instructions so if someone has a diy photo step by step for idiots that would help a lot.

the problem i am having is the motor works, but the window opens about a quarter and get's stuck i can hear the motor still moving but the window wont budge. i'm hoping its an easy fix either a mount or the window is off the track.

or if this is common on these 4runners what could it be?

i own a glass shop and the 1st thing u need to do is take the interior panel off and see what's going on the regulators should be a scissor lift all metal so the chances off something being broken are slim sounds like it's off track to me
