Left side bumper chrome piece question

The driver side chrome piece on my '01 SR5 4x4 has a rust hole in it. Few questions for you guys:

1 Has anyone ever replace that piece and how difficult is it to remove/replace it?

2 Where did you buy the replacement part? There are a few aftermarket ones on Ebay, but I am concerned about proper fitment.
