Very sorry Dustin! I never received a notification that you replied at all! I've since found one at a local salvage yard for the passenger side and they are in fact reversible. Just for reference though, remove the door bottom kick plate (Philips head) and pry back the plastic body panels on either side and just pull it out of it's channel.
