LEGO 4Runner

Are you going to do an SR5 model???????

The parts and instructions are generic for all trim levels of the 5th generation. The only thing that would characterize it to a particular trim level is the instructions have you construct the TRD roof rack. You can easily leave that off if you want.

I have SR5 but rebrickable won’t let me put it up on the site because it is too similar to the pro. The BOM is slightly different, so the even if I put the instructions up, the BOM wouldn’t match and would be very frustrating to build. In that case, I prefer to share the .io file with buyers on an as needed basis.

I have added the RTT and off road bumpers as free downloads. They had pretty strict rules for adding the mods.

Unfortunately, the RTT is crazy expensive because several of the parts are rare. I need to revisit it for a lower cost version. My prototype version (in the pics a few posts up) doesn't have the level of part stability I would want to put out there in the wild.

More Lego 4runners

Hey all! These Lego 4runners ya'll have made are awesome! I just found this thread and wanted to share some that I've made too. I've made a 3rd gen, 4th gen, and a few different iterations of the 5th gen. I've posted all of them on rebrickable. I'll link them below. They're all about 1000-1500 pieces and have as many features as I could fit (steering, suspension, opening everything, accessories, etc). I've also made a smaller 5th gen too with less features. Most of them are built in a light gray color to get close to silver, but they could easily be built in other colors like red, black, blue, white, etc. The large models are about 12" long, 5" wide and 5" tall. The smaller one is about 2.5" wide, 2.5" tall and 7" long.

Take my money please

Unfortunately, lunar rock isn’t yet made in the pieces required for the full build. Red, though, works. I’m going to adjust the project on Rebrickable to have an easy color swap when you go to buy the bricks. Basically everything blue will be switched to white, black, red, yellow, grey, or dark grey. I’ve confirmed all those colors work. I'm also going to basically include mods with the instructions. So off-road bumper, swing out rear bumper, RTT. Maybe a few other things as I tinker on it.

Anyway, work was super crazy the past couple weeks with a trial engine build on my project at work, so I decompressed and found a little Lego inspiration.

And did a prototype of the RTT… much to the chagrin of my wife. [emoji1787]

Take my money please for the entire red 4Runner you have here.

I could not find these on rebrickable only the 4Runners. Do you know if they are going to be available? Also, do you have a parts list?
