Because I'm a half ass and it's not 100 percent sealed. I need to re do it but it's been hotter than the devils taint here lately and we just had a baby. Lol

I do like the function this provides. What would be really cool is if you could insert it as part of the bottom portion of your grille, i.e. flush in the grille. Is there any room?

Does it function only with the high beams?

I don't think it will quite fit there, certainly not with mounts. The grille is also probably not strong enough to support it.

I should be getting one this week as well (this week, right Zach?) and am debating on mounting mine to the radiator support behind the grille in basically the same spot you're describing. I have to see if I can come up with a mount first though.

I think the grille is a little convex, whereas the light bar is straight. I don't think it will look right there. I vote for right in front of the roof rack (like I have a vote!!)

Good point, BUT I think I'll end up getting a 40" to mount on the bajarack where that wind deflector is.

It's a rigid knockoff that a guy sells locally, I would've loved a rigid but it wasn't in the cards money wise. It's got a warranty and feels really nice though. I haven't seen how bright it was yet, I got it last night and am back at work today. I'll mess with it some tonight hopefully.
