Leveling Kit Question???

With the Daystar 2.5/1.5 I was able to run 285 65 18. It rubbed the front inside bumper cover in reverse so I trimmed with a razor which fixed it. I also had to unscrew the inside fender liner, push it forward and rescrew. Doing this covered it. Full articulation in forward and reverse no rubbing.

Thanks for the input. I just ordered the 1.5 inch rear kit from them. Also pictured below is the way it looks now.

Another couple of questions. 1. since will have 2.5 leveling kit on the front and 1.5 on the rear. 1. What are biggest size tires can I run without rubbing or causing problems? 2. This is stupid but i have to ask, Do i have to have the rear end alligned after the install of the 1.5 inch rear leveling kit? 3. Will there be any problems with running 2.5 daystar up front and cornfeed 1.5 in the wear.

Oh man.... I did all this and first off before you go any further, ready my review on teh daystar spacer kit I posted here

when I did the daystar kit (2.5 Front and 1.5 Rear) it was ok but the second I went off road it was "annoying"... read my review and you will get the diff of it

I went to a 275 tire with the daystar kit and I had no issues HOWEVER when I removed the daystar kit and put in bilsteins with the exact same heights I did have rubbing issues...

the guy saying you won't need an alignment after installing the spacers is definitely wrong... my alignment was so bad after I put in teh spacers that I almost had to get a tow truck to take me to a shop to get it re aligned. Immediately after doing the spacer kit install the truck was dangerous over 60 km/h, couldn't keep it straight if your life depended on it. you for sure will need to get an alignment on the thing otherwise your going to wreck the new tires faster then expected and likely fight the wheel all day long
