I can think of million things to do with $420K. Buying this isn't one of them. EXCELLENT car though!!!

x2. $420k...too much money for ONE car. I would get a Porsche GT2/3 or Twin Turbo and put the rest away in the bank....
 
all the electronics on the LFA makes me wonder how in the world did toyota manage to do this right when they can't get the 4LO actuator to work properly on the 4th Gens. But then again shame on me for not realizing that they only believe in their vehicles for up to 3 years 36k miles. :(
 
I stopped watching at the free standing hood support, for that kind of money the damned hood should open and close on hydraulics. For that reason alone I cancelled my order. :cool:

Wait...no keyless entry?? You have to use the remote or key?!! Seriously, a $420k car does not have a technology that is seen on my prius and Kias?

The hood carbon fiber rod...hmm, boy isn't that an item that can easily be stolen off the showroom floor?! I predict that we will see these rods on Ebay soon....

There sure are a few manual stuff that is odd in such an expensive vehicle...such as manual steering wheel. But, i guess those automatic stuff adds weight.

If this car cost $130K, then I suspect it would get alot more respect. (and would probably be what the thing is actually worth). This ludicrous price tag of $420K it just for exclusivity and bragging rights. Lexus marketers should be publicly humiliated (repeatedly ..............HA, don't get me started on the CT-h). People with that kind of loot won't be shopping for an exotic sports car at a Lexus dealer, those people shop at RR or Ferrari. I understand that Lexus wants to show their "sport/technology" prowlness and that's great. But that price tag just sends the wrong message.

Its said that at $420k lexus wont make any money off it. Just like VW doesnt make any money off tge Veyron.

+1. That's just way too much. Beyond dreaming!

And if that sad excuse for a person got one, well that kind of ruins it for me. I'm sure she'll crash and destroy it soon enough, though. Poor car, I feel bad for it.
 
$420,000 or more is insane I agree, but this thing is awesome just listen to that engine. One cant help but admire it:

BTW, if you thought $420,000 was high, the Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR Roadster when it was new sold for $512,000 base price, and $545,000 for the 722(s).

Sweet ride, though. This was in 2009, boredom at work :D
