I got my 98 Runner this week, I tried putting the license plate on the back today and just now realized both screws are broken off.
The jerk who had it before me must have just ripped his plate of the truck when he traded it in. Can I pull the back door panel off and knock the screws out? I tried using needle nose pliers to get them out but just broke the pliers - its 10 degrees here so that probably doesn't help. Maybe spray some WD-40 and let it sit and try again with new needle noses?
Any help would be appreciated....
