License plate lights strobing?

i just put some 194 white 6-LED bulbs in my license plate lights and after about a week one of them is strobing when i crank my truck up. anybody know why this would happen? only 4 of the LEDs are own and 2 of them blink and its annoying me.

just a cheap bulb going out or something else?

That means it's dying... you need to get these right here from v-leds.com They are very good, never had a problem with them:
