License Plate Mount/Bracket

I have a 2014 Limited 4 Runner. The front license plate is attached using a pre-installed BLACK PLASTIC MOUNTING BRACKET. The Mounting Bracket is curved and attached by two drilled holes to the FRONT bumper.
My question: WITHOUT DRILLING MORE HOLES, and USING THE EXISTING HOLES, is there a METAL Curved Bracket out there that I can buy to replace the plastic Bracket/Mount/Plate. I've tried doing a search for METAL license plate brackets..but all I see are the PLASTIC replacements.

Try an adjustable license plate bracket. Can be found on Amazon or Ebay. The JDM import tuners use them to angle their license plates up or down.
