Lift Advice 99 Highlander

Well, I bought my 4Runner two weeks ago today. Swore I would leave it alone. So far only added 265/75/16 Duratracs. But...

Just bought a set of Bilstien HD's for it. And since I'll be digging in I'm thinking I'll lift it just slightly too.

My thoughts are to reuse my "tall" springs in the front and run OME 906's in the rear. I want it to be level though. It sags in the rear now. Another forum member runs this set up with 1/4" Toytec spacers in the front and 10mm spacers in the rear. Says he has a slight rake.

If I run this with no spacers do you guys think it'll sit level? Also, any need/ advantage to running the diff drop and/or pan hard bar drop?

Thanks,

Tom

It depends on what you call level. The roofline will be level. The ground to fender measurement will not be the same. The rear will be higher with the 906's. Not much. Just enough to make it look good. ;)

You should lift it for sure. After you lift it, you can sell me your front coils...:cowboy:

I swear, there's no selfish undertone to that at all.

But seriously, sell me your front coils.
