Lift and Tire gurus come on in..

Now that I got you...

I can not make up my ****ing mind over a lift and tire combo..

heres where I am at.. I have 1.5 inch wheel spacers.. Don't really off road, would be open to it if I had a lift and AT's.. need new tires in a few hundred miles.. want to size up.. xreas is approaching 100k miles and 10 years old.. and I also don't want to totally ruin my MPG which already blows.. but I want an OEM plus type rig.. I feel like a am ok with a a slight rake,( I do have a wood storage box built into the back, so maybe that evens it out)

this is what i got...

-add daystar spacers 2.5/1.5 and get KO2 265/70/17c.. and ride them until they leak.. (honestly don't think the ride will be all that great)

-get Bilsteins and toytec springs

3" Lift W/ Bilstein 5100 Front Coilovers

but am afraid a 3/2 with 265/70/17 would look funny..(Ko2s are beefy though) but this seems like a very nice set.. * i can get it unassembled without their 1/2 inch top out spacer, which gives me 2.5 inches in lift and 2 in the back... is that ok?

i don't really want to go 255/75/17 bc id prefer a bigger patch on road.. 275 they don't have many options.. and 285 are massive and will crush my mpg.. (however AT3s in 285/70/17 come in a SL.. so they are as light ass the Ko2's 265/70..

help me make up my mind..

Also saw bilsteins with 2.5 toytec springs in front. And wheeler t12 1.5 inch springs for rear... seems like that would look about right with 265/70/17 KO2s?

Not sure why you need a guru to answer these questions. Literally dozens of guys on this forum running that exact setup. Tons of pictures.

I think if you plan on doing any off roading then the 3" Bilstein coilover lift will be the best one, performance wise. Nothing against spacers, they have their purpose.

I'm in the same boat as you when it comes to looking at upgrading suspension, and i'm either going to go with the 3" Bilstein or the OME lift. I think 265 would still look fine.

Honestly though head over to the Lift and Tire Central Pics Thread and you'll find picture evidence of everything you are looking for. There's tons of pages of pics with examples/advice/questions, etc etc.
