Lift Choices

So...


I'm ready to do the lift to get rid of the front end "squashed look". I have a 2005 with stock everything...BUT I am looking to upgrade to larger 22 inch Rockstars or something comparable, but definitely 22 inch.


Can someone recommend a front end lift option? I have been looking at 2.5 Toytec for the front. But what for the rear? If anything?


Any help would be appreciated....

Every "what should I lift with" thread applies to you too. 2.5 is great but to look right the back will have to come up some, maybe 1.5. Check out the Daystar or if you have a few more bucks look at some Toytec options.


The 22" rim thing doesn't change anything about the lift. Don't let your desire for a 22" rim throw you, as different as that may be it really doesn't change anything. A 275/70/17 is, for fitment purposes, very similar to a 275/45/22. What you want to focus on is picking a tire that has approx. a 32" O.D. and then selecting a good backspace/offset for the rim. Check user fo sheezy. He's got 22's IIRC and he may have some insight on rim specs.
