So i just recently added the Daystar 2.5/1.5 and i cant help but ALWAYS want more. Would the FJ springs make it sit up even higher? Would it make it un level? Trying to save some money cause this website makes more broke everytime i get on here (im sure some you guys have the disease as well).
Up for any ideas and comments
Thanks

I know this doesn't help YOU much... But could you throw up a pic of your rig how it is now?

Trying to decide on lifting options, and Wanna see what a 2.5/1.5 looks like

Pages 57/58 of the lifted thread have several rigs with the 2.5/1.5 lift to include my rig

FJ coils will lift the front 1" for a V6 and .5" for a V8 and .5" rear. Not a bad choice if money is tight. It would look good with the DS2.5/1.5!

+1 for FJ coils. When I had these I picked them up for free on the FJ forum. Free is hard to beat when you are on a budget. :thumb3:

Got my wheels free on the FJ forum as well!

The FJ coils will give you some additional height. If you have a V6 (sorry, can't see signatures on Tapatalk), it'll add about 1" up front and about 3/4" at the rear. That would put you at 3.5" up front which gets into alignment problems so you'd probably need aftermarket upper control arms to get in spec and your CV angles might start to cause problems. There's a "Sticky" in the "Suspension" section that is all about the FJ coil swap and has a chart showing what a bunch of used and how much lift we ended up with. I think a couple of guys did the FJ swap with the 2.5/1.5 and should be on that chart. They can let you know how the set-up is.

I dont see how you got some for free. Do you know a good price for a used set?
