LIFT for a 97

ok, i have been looking at lifts and while reading about the OME complete kit i noticed the front uses spacers for its lift, i was wondering what the pros/cons are of spacer lifts and also if you can do it without spacers.

I was also wondering if anyone could recommend a different lift (Like using LC and Tundra coils but i cant find those anywhere) so i was wondering what are some other good coils that get you around 3" lift front and back and also some shocks for the front and rear.

Thanks

My first lift was the 881's up front with 5mm trim packers and 891's in the rear with 10mm trim packers. Sat perfect. Its a good set up for no additional weight.

but was there spacers in the front because the website i was looking at said it is a 1.5" lift unless you get front spacer which will give you a full 3" lift

Id say most people would say the 891's are the best thing FOR additional weight... Those have the highest spring rate out of any other lift coil available.

The OME kit runs with just springs and shocks. However, if you plan on using OME 881 coils (for the front), they tend to give you only about 1.5 to 2" of lift. So most people add a top-out spacer to level it out with the rear coils that give you about 3-3.5" .
