Lift gate not opening, Motor not closing it.

My Lift Gate currently will not open. I just painted the license plate light housing, and put my lift gate back together. The lock, lights, and window all work, but the Lift gate is doing nothing. I'm hoping it's just a blown fuse, but I'm not sure.

This is what I had typed. For some reason it did not go through. I have seen other post today that had the same problem. I suggest doing a search in the 4th gen section. This problem has been discussed in the past but I do not recall what the solution was.
