Lift kits for automatics

is there any lift kits available for 4runner with automatic trans
all I have found are for manuals

I would like a inch or two

The manufacturers don't make them for auto applications due to possible liability issues with extending the shift linkages.

However you can get custom BLs and linkage adapters here
