Lift Kits?

So I want to put a 3 inch lift in my 99 4runner and I'm not sure which one to go with. I have been looking at the Sonoran steel 1.2 kit and the toytec OME complete lift. Does anyone prefer one over the other or have any suggestions to help me decide?

I was going back and forth between the SS 1.2 and the Toytec ultimate, ended up going with the Toyec Ultimate and SS adjustable trac bar because I liked the fact of having coilovers on the front. Works out better for me so when I get a bumper and winch I can just run up the front end to compensate. SS is top notch though so it all up how much you want to spend.

Did you happen to install a panhard rod drop bracket when you did your lift? is it necessary? And did you extend the brake line? It seems like te SS kit, for an extra couple hundred dollars, comes with a lot more components than the toytec. I guess I'm wondering if they are all necessary?

P.S. Its the 1.2 alternate I'm interested in because of the amount of highway driving I do plus towing trailers, sleds, etc.

I'm certainly not an expert, but I surfed the forum and decided on the Toytec Ultimate, price was cheaper and came with everything, they seemed to be the most recommended, it shipped quickly and I very happy with the lift

In my opinion, the SS kit would be for heavy offroading and wheeling, while the Toytec kit would be for a moderate/beginer wheeling and offroading use.
They both serve a purpose and if you have the money, buy what makes you feel like you get your money's worth.
Also, what do you want VS what do you "need".

I ended up using the ss panhard bar, made an ebrake bracket from a piece of scrap, didn't need the brake line. Its all up to what you need and what you will use it for, I like the adjustablity of the toytec, but the ss stuff it top notch stuff too
