Lift measurements?

So i've been searching around, and maybe i'm not searching the exact right keywords, but i can't seem to find many actual threads w/ real measurements in them regarding height before and after a lift. I have found some on Yotatech, but it seems those guys like to measure fender to ground, which can be effected by tire size/pressure, which is only sometimes mentioned.

i recently moved up in tire size slightly 265/70/16 to a 265/70/17. so from a 30.6" tire to a 31.6". I would like to do a slight lift to even things out. Currently my truck measures 20" from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the flare.

If there is a thread w/ the info, then somebody please send me a link, if there isn't, can we get one started and i'll put the info in a spread sheet for easy access for future reference.

If we are going to do a spread sheet, i'm thinking center of wheel to bottom of fender measurements, shock, spring, any spacers, body lift, etc, and hopefully aprox miles on wearable parts like the springs/shocks.
