Can I get some options, I only want to spend about $500

spacer kits are the cheapest option to lift a 4th gen. you can go up as much as 3 in the front. the rear is already higher so a 3/2 or a 3/1 spacer kit will work.

if you search ebay for 'spacer lift kit 4runner' you will find a buch of options
