Lift predicament

So just replaced the front struts on the fiance's 4runner from a 2.5 block to tundra Billie's and toytec/ebach 3" coils. Rear is 891.
Problem I just encountered is that after the alignment the struts on the first perch passenger side and driver rear measure 23" center of hub to fender. Driver front is 22".

Springs are not side specific from what I've seen. Would raising up a search on driver side level it out? Or what's the common fix other then coilovers?

The eibachs are a 3" lift coil. A stock hub to fender is about 20". If you're at 22" in the front on either side, something's up. I would double check your perch on your 5100's on both sides and verify that the coil retainers are oriented correctly.

Struts are assembled fine as far as retainer is not upside down and fully seated on the first perch. Runner Sat like 18 hub to fender before lift. Huge improvement over stock by far but she's ocd and after the take test wants me to fix the issue. I know the driver side is the heavy side but having the driver front being the only one down 1" makes me wonder.

A 1" difference between sides is a big difference, IMO. How did your alignment numbers look? It's the only other thing I can think of that could possibly cause that dramatic of a difference between the two sides.

I know my OME 890's have a driver & Pass side (A=driver, B=pass), so maybe the eibachs are side specific too?

Don't have those on hand right now. What should they be as far as having factory UCA still.

I checked the springs multipul times when installing and the numbers on both springs where identical. I would have figured that they would be side specific also but maybe because they are a mass produced spring and a stiffer progressive rate it doesn't need it.
