Lift question

I have the toytec 3" best seller lift( front spacers and rear coils) i want to put on the 1" body lift from toytec..does anyone have this set up? if not will this affect my ride alot? Do you think the 1" body lift will make it look bad?Thanks

I am sure somebody has that setup. It will not change your ride at all other than raising your center of gravity. It may or may not look bad depending on the tire size you are running.

What is the purpose of you installing it? I have a 1.5" body lift on mine but it is just to fit bigger tires, unless you are going larger than 33" tires I would avoid one.

why would you avoid one? what drawbacks have you found. I would like to get a BL mainly to stop scraping my front bumper and eventually 33's.

Raising your center of gravity, issues with bumper skins fitting, issues with sliders fitting correctly (if you have them), frame showing (if no sliders), difficulty in lowering the spare, some people feel that in an accident the increased leverage on the body mounts can break the body loose from the frame (not as much of an issue as it used to be) stress on various components... for example, I had my power steering line pull itself loose and I lost all my fluid/lost my power steering since the line was extended farther than it was designed too.

The only reason I would get one would be to put bigger tires on, which is why I did mine. Otherwise it will only be for looks, which is fine, but do not expect any added clearance.

being that you have the 1.5" and the OP is looking at getting just the 1" do you think the same issue with the power steering would occur? Also you may not gain ground clearance but you should gain approach angle from the front bumper being 1" higher right or no?
