So, I'm going to bump up my 98 runner... and I'm pretty set on an OME kit.

Consist of:
2 x OME881 Front Coil Springs
(Use OME882 for v6 trucks)
2 x N91S Struts
2 X OME890 Springs
(Use OME891/OME892 for heavy rear accessories)
2 x OME N86 Shocks
$680 (plus ship)
Seemed pretty good to me, but I stopped by some local stores to see what they could get me.
Had a 4wheel Parts offer up:
2x ARB OME880
1(set) ARB N91SC Toyo Front Coil
2x ARB OME906
2x ARB N86
$572 with tax
They also offered the install at $350... not sure what a normal rate would be in SoCal, but getting it done around $300 would be worth the time it would save me on an install.
That seemed really good to me, but to be honest I'm not sure what the difference in part numbers means.
OME 880 vs 881?
Spring height? I wouldn't want to be left 1in shorter in the front that rear
ARB N91s vs N91sc?
