you can. But with a 3" lift you will lose 3" of downtravel, and stock size shocks don't have much more than that to begin with.

If you are a city driver, it should be fine. But as soon as you go offroad, you will notice the limit. As with even properly lifted vehicles, the extent of the shocks is the extent of the down travel. So it will really hurt you in that department.

The interesting thing I found is that the extended and collapsed length of the bilstein hd shocks are almost identical that's what confuses me

Anybody else have any opinions? If the bilsteins are the same collapsed and extended length as the OME shouldn't I be good?

Go with the 5100s up front cause I put 881s on stock struts and it barely gave me any lift up front. I'd go with the 5100s at 2 inches and 890s in the rear.

Ok so for those that are interested I just spoke with toytec and he was real nice and told me that the bilsteins will work with the OME and will give me at least 3 inches of lift..he said the ride may be a little stiff but not terrible he was also nice enough to give me a 5 percent off coupon code!
