I just got it back from the tire shop yesterday. I have a few photos posted on my gallery thread, but I think it's appropriate to get some love into the 3rd gen section.

In the last 2 months, I have build both the front and rear bumpers, swing out tire carrier, lifted the truck and upsized the tires. It's been a long couple months....and if I ever have to get under this 4Runner again it will be to soon!

Oh yeah...I have to add 1" wheel spacers this week, so I guess I will be wrenching a little then. I also have to repaint the rear bumper to a satin finish.

Here are some photos.

I installed the Daystar spacer kit, the tires are the Cooper Clones from PepBoys, the Definetly Dakota M/Ts 285/75/16, and they do rub on upper a-arms in the front. Hopefully the WabFab 1.25" spacers will cure that.

I didn't do a winch plate for now, but there is room for one if I took the lights off, and put a plate there. Someday it might get one....I did take it into consideration when fabricating that front bumper.

Intersted in building one and shipping it?

HELL NO! LOL.....it was a pain in the ass to do it in person, with the vehicle right there. I can't image trying to build one and then ship it.

Honestly, if you have access to a welder, plasma cutter and a saw you are set. Just buy a couple sticks of 2x2 square, a stick of 2" round, and a sheet of metal and start building! Oh yeah....buy about 1 dozen flap wheels for your angle grinder!
