Lifting Limited w/rear height control

Ok Limited owners, how bad does the rear height control interfere with putting a 3" lift on it? It also has the Xreas system?

Can't quote someone with a Limited but I have a SE and I had to rip XREAS out when I installed my lift. I dont think you'll find a lift that will keep XREAS.

Cornfed allows you to keep your XREAS system, its the ones with the rear heigh/air control that you can't lift unless you rip out the whole rear suspension. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That's what i heard/read as well. Just the rear height control thing is putting a kink into my plans.

Is there any other forums/msg boards that have a specific 4runner suspension area?

Damn! thats ruins my day. Was planning on 2/3 daystar but I have rear air which is useless in my opinion
I still can do front leveling kit I suppose

How high can you lift the rear with rear air?
Does it change the ride quality, make it more stiff?

it goes up quite a bit, never measured but it has to be at least 3 inches. The problem is front staying low. Ride quality doesn't change, I didn't notice. You can only lift it up/lower down up to 19 mph after that its automtically goes in middle position. I still havent figured what it was designed for :bash:

No, you can still lift it and keep the xreas and rear air suspension. Search for mprsev. He has done it. But depending on how high the rear can lift with the air suspension you might not need it. I lifted mine 3" in the front and 1.5" in the back.
