Light bar for a 2009 4Runner SR5

I am looking for a good quality light bar that won't break my bank account. I want to mount this on my roof, does have a moonroof. I would like it either right above the windshield or back a little near the cargo rack. What size would be best for this application. So far I have looked at the 40" curved dual row LED light bars from KC HiLites ( C series) and the Rough Country 40". These seem to be reasonably priced and of good quality. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks...I have been looking at 2, 40" curved light bars...one from KC HiLites and one from Rough Country. So far, these two seem like the ones I like, but will sure check out some others if you have them. Thanks!
