Got a great deal on a black oak 40inch light bar and just pick up the corresponding harness. Went to install and immediately blew the fuse, checked the fuse ( which I probably should of done prior to the install ) and noticed it was 10a. Now I'm not an electrical expert, thats why Im reaching out to y'all, but I do know a little bit. At 400w and 12v that should pull 33amps ( black oaks web site specs list 16.9 amp draw ) so just slightly confused, I have a 40amp relay, so I should be running roughly a 30 amp fuse correct? I speculate I will keep blowing anything less? just want to double check before I ruin something...
