Lighted Ashtray and Sport Pedal install!

Got my OBX sport pedal and lighted ashtray today from ups! The ashtray was pretty easy! took me about 10 min to install. The sport pedal was a PITA! my finger are still ankling from installing them!

yea, the flash on the camera make it look like that for some reason?. same thing if you take a picture of the steering wheel. the part where the horn is look like the outer part of the ashtray too? but if you were looking at it in person it match the rest of the center console perfectly.

ok, cool.. i thought that might be the case.. i might consider this mod, but i'll have to use the power outlet first anyways..

I literally had to cut a little piece of plastic off my gas pedal to get it on. I almost gave up. But, after a good ole kick to my wife's cat and some soapy water...whooola!

I have opened the center console and found that I have 2 black connectors for heated seats, blue one for DAC, small white (2pin) for 12V Power outlet and big white (6pin). DO you know what it for? May be for cigarette lighter you've installed???

yep, it plug into the socket that power the cig. lighter and the light around it and the light in the ash compartment.their is another 2 wire plug on the botton that power the 115v AC too.

I have my Passport hard wire mute buttin in the same spot. It is recessed but not as much as your. How did you get you that recessed in to the center console?
