i got these for $100 dollars via second chance offer on ebay so i couldn't pass them up plus they seller was only a hour drive so i went and picked them up :bigok:... there in pretty decent shape not perfect but in not gonna complain .... i had to switch my 99 grill for papa's 98 grill cause the 99 sticks out much more... the lights fit perfect just flipped the mounts around plenty of room also i didn't adjust the lights yet in the pics

They are too flimsy to do that.

They end up getting shoved into your truck causing more damage to the body and frame than there would have been without one.

that's my thoughts if you get into an accident that bad to crumple your brush guard your truck would have been f'd anyways, that's what insurance is for.
just make sure your bolts that attach it are torqued to the right spec. to insure that some little fender bender won't cause damage.

in my opinion brush guards are sisy. i am going to have my brother weld me a custom front bumper out of 2"steel
