Gotta love their products!

The cool feature they have is that their lense cap is like the Mag light style where you can twist and chance the light characteristic from flood to beam :)

I think that they're way better than Hella but you didn't hear that from me ;)

Just waiting to save up to get me one of these.... Anyone wanna group buy?
 
Did not see the video but I did want to chim in on Lightforce. Put a set of 170's on my rig 2 weeks ago and love them! Super bright and like said very adjustable. Almost HID bright - clear white.

One other thing is the different lenses that you can get. I ordered a yellow set that changes the pattern of the light. It make it very wide and super horizontal. With the the refractor (sp?)covers on you can run the lights during regular driving and not blind people. Well I have yet to get flashed so I don't think it's too blinding (I hope). Kind of like the high beam low beam on my old IPF's but 1/2 the cost! I loved the fact that I could run my old lights in traffic so this is a plesent surprise. Good look with the parking lights on and LF's.

I saw photos on a Hummer site where the 140s were compared to the GM HID lighting. WOW!!! The 140s blew the HID lights away. I am looking forward to installing the 170s.

I will get the wide and combo lenses also. My plan is to be able to drive at night, see better with the yellow wide beam on, and not blind the oncoming drivers.

BTW: My 2001 LC4, 4Runner and I are on our way to Moab Friday. Sure wish I had the 170s on for the night drives ahead of me. I will post photos after my return. Well, a while after my return as I still use film for all my keeper photos.
 
That was impressive... imagine not ever having to replace a light due to stone/rock damage! What do they sell for?
 
I am going to have a light bar fabricated that site on top of the bumper. Maybe similar to the Jaos light bar, probably a bit different.

The prices for the lights only seem to run in the $220 for two area. Then there are the additional lenses at about $30 for two, and a wiring harness which is $34 for the Painless kit.
 
Have fun in Moab - yet to get my bike or rig out west. We are in the middle of Bike Week right now! I love the comments I get when I take my LC4 into a Biker compound or park on Main Street. Harley guys love the orange and black, That and it's one big old dirt bike to be on the street. 2001 LC4 is that silver or red and black?

I have been to Daytona Beach working on a property last fall, and saw the area. It must be cahos to have all those bikes there. Heck it was a mess, traffic wise, just driving past the Speedway when there was no event.

That is it. However, I do not like how it rests in front of the bumper, which holds the lights right out in front. I will proabaly have a bar that is at the leading edge of the bumper with long tabs that position the lights on the top of the bumper. When I get back from Moab I am going over to the fabricator to see what his ideas are. He is a Jeep off-road guy and sounds very capable.

I will post photos of the creation for all to see when finished. The goal is to have something that secures the lights without being massive.

RL Lemke: When you mention the Hummer website with the LightForce 140's was it Phil D's Hummer site. ? I actually sold Phil those LightForce 140's last year shortly after I became a LightForce dealer. He's down in Corpus Christi, Texas and those pictures on his website were taken on the beach. I own a '94 Hummer and by visiting www.elcova.com, which is for H2 Hummers, I met Phil.

Good Times: As far as a group buy goes, I don't think you'll find lower prices on LightForce lights any where on the web then my website, and I also have free shipping on all the LightForce lights listed on my website. I doubt I could go lower on the prices since I'm doing the free shipping.

I'll try to attach some pictures of Rod Hall's racing Hummer that uses LightForce lights. One picture is before the truck crashed and the other is after it crashed into a ditch and completely smashed the front brushguard with a pair of LightForce lights on it. The lights still worked after the crash!
