Lights for Roof Rack Poll

4 lights or 2 lights across the front of the roof rack...opinions please? Also, what lights would anyone recommend if i want to add a couple for backing up purposes.

I say 4 lights, with two facing forward and the others slightly angled out to the sides to help light up the edge of the road and for cornering.

my vote is for 4 lights across the top, If you do add "reverse lights" on the top I would suggest putting a switch that would disable them for daily driving on the road. Most people dont enjoy two 100w lights blaring down in their face while driving through the mall parking lot

i vote for 6, 4 facing the front as described above and two more facing the rear on the outter most corners of the rack facing stright back, personally i like the old school kc's with the black lens cover, that's just for aesthetics though as far as top quality brand i can't comment on that as i haven't owned anything other than kc's and the cheap harbour freight tools ones like these, lol

on my old 94

you can put another 2 facing back on the rear spoiler. but be careful with the amount of current all these lights drawing form your batt. and alt. use at least 12 ga. landscaping wire, it has thicker insulation and more resistant to the element.
