just recieved K&N filter kit today ($120 shipped in very good condition). Install took about 45min with simple hand tools. I didn't really test it out yet because it's getting late(11pm). I'll let you guys know about the road test. I reset the windows so they're all work with auto function. Here are the pics. I'll detail the engine bay this weekend. I know it's really dirty.

driving lights
Here are the pics of the driving lights that I picked up for the T&H bar from the group buy. They fit between the bars perfectly. Install took about 30 min. They're bright and comes complete with relay and the lighted switch. I have another set if anyone is interested. They're Hella, German made.

Here are some new pic of the lights during the day and new painted grill. I just think the T&H bar looks naked without any lights on it. I'm trying to go for color keyed look with the grill, side mirrors, and Hump factory spoiler( getting painted). I will also post a write up on the spoiler install as I'm doing myself. Let me know your input. Thanks again for all the guys that started the group buy on the T&H bar, you guys are the best! As always, Thanks to this awesome forum,keep on T4R!!!!
