Limited owners -- question

Just installed iPod interface last night (which involves taking apart the center console and unplugging controls therein) and I noticed (only after I finished) that the right seat warmer control was not lit. I'm assuming it should be, but could someone check and let me know. The light still came on when I turned the contol on, but the back lighting was not on.

The right seat warmer control should be lit. It looks identical to the left side control. When you turn the switch, does the heated seat work?

Yes, the seat warmer is still working, which is part of what is confusing. The backlighting just seems to not be working -- very strange. I've tried unplugging and replugging it. And there is no visual sign of any problem with the connector. Odd!
