I recently ordered a T&H Black Bull Bar-Low from these guys. I called in my order from Afghanistan, and they were a little amazed that I was calling to place the order. I called them because the web site did not differentiate between the Low and High style bull bar. Once explained, you just input the type you require in the comments page while performing your order.
So, thinking that it would take a while for the order to arrive, and I would meet it upon my return home, I ordered it. When I received my copy of the receipt via email, I noticed that it did not say "bull bar-low", so I sent an email question regarding this.
The next day I show to work, and call my wife, she says that the company called and appologized for sending the wrong one, which had already showed up. Wow I said. Auto Seattle took care of ensuring the pick-up of the wrong order, called my wife again on a Sunday to ensure that it was picked up, and ensured her that the right one was on it's way to our house.
The right one showed up on Tuesday, but my wife had to wait until Wednesday to have it delivered, because she missed the first delivery.
I appreciate Auto Seattle's professionalism, and ability to quickly fix an error in delivery.
I highly recomend this company.
