Live in Boston? Help with prepurchase insp needed.

I'm seriously interested in this vehicle, but I live in Pittsburgh, so it's difficult to organize seeing it etc.

If you live in the area and are willing to help a fellow forum member out, I'd be very grateful if you could check it out and give me your opinions.

Other than the usual things one looks at, there are few things i'm specifically interested in.
1. Was it a smokers car and still smell of cigs?
2. There seems to be minor front bumper damage. Is it minor?
3. The bits between the front and rear door windows is chrome. I've never seen that before and am wondering if something was stuck on there or they were painted, or whatever.

I cant get there but I did look it up and found some things. the bumper can be fixed, would cost around 3-400.00. the chrome trim is aftermarket so it can come off.

the big thing is the price. its high. I looked it up through nada. they are about 1400.00 higher than NADA. the options are priced when new, not on a almost 8 year old vehicle. the moonroof is an extra 450.00, the 3rd row is 300.00 extra. they had each as almost double. if they are that high up front I might be a little weary.

prime has been known to be a little high on their pricing anyway. maybe check around a little more due to the price and the repair on the bumper. I would walk away. I looked at 3 before I got mine. it was the best of the 3 and I got the best deal by a long shot.

I didn't think the 3rd row was available with the sunroof... The few 3rd row trucks I have seen each had no sunroof. Any input on this?

Thanks for your input [MENTION=44255]inscarguy[/MENTION] . So far from my searching, this price is competitive especially with the low miles. Some other dealers are asking for over $25 for the same thing but with 100k miles.
I've made contact with Prime now, and being true to form, the rep i'm speaking with is well below average on the intelligence scale. Not giving me confidence right now.
