Local inventory seems to get ORPs with TRD Performance Exhaust...ovoid?

Looking at inventory in my area for a new ORP with KDSS and Cargo Tray. It seems that a good many have that, but some have the TRD "Performance" exhaust. I grew out of loud pipes in my car years ago, and don't want to have droning exhaust if possible, not to mention it ain't cheap. I assume there's little actual performance over the stock exhaust, but is it that loud and to be avoided if a loud exhaust isn't your thing, or not too intrusive? Haven't test driven any yet.

It's terrible and drones very badly, especially as it gets miles on it. It the worst at highway speeds when the trans is shifting from 4th to 5th. That's where the drone really sets in. Around town it's not terrible.

We got the TRD exhaust for my wife's 2020 TRD ORP and we yanked it after 6 months. Thank God we kept the stock exhaust!

That's what I heard from a lot of TRD Pro 4Runners on Youtube. Around town, it was fun. But on a road trip, it was "exhausting" to listen to, pun intended.
