yeah the OP had an account established before the rule went into affect.... im not gonna chastise someone, it serves no use, however a little more info in what you are looking for might be helpful. i can assure the OP there are plenty of people in south GA. when i was there, i saw a ton of 4runners, and many modified 4runners as well. putting more details in your post and or the title of the thread might be a wise consideration for future posts.
