Lock right in v8 4x4

I’m looking to see if a anyone’s installed a lunchbox locker, lock right in their v8 awd/4x4. I had one in my 96 and have a extra one I can add but want to see everyone’s experience.

I haven't personally, but some people on the Facebook group have (I made a thread about it there). It's a lunchbox locker, it does what you expect. While the AWD systems tends to tame it a bit on pavement, your rear end is going to step out on ice, and its going to click when you turn.

I've considered doing and Aussie, but haven't because of concerns on ice.
