Locker with TSC AND VSC

So I have an 02 SR5 4x4 and I would like to put in a locker. How would the "awesome" TCS and VSC handle having one in the rearend. Would it freak it out or what? I am putting in the AndyMod 2 this week, I just want to know.

It would not disnegage beacsue it is not tied to it. To be honest, if you lock your rear diff, chances are, you are going to lock the center diff and doing that will shut VSC systems off.
