Locking fuel cap for 5th gen T4R?

Hello all,
I was looking for locking fuel caps for 5th gen 4Runner. My local part shop recommenaded me Gates 31780. I researched online but it seem to be the cap is not quite working well with late models especially cars after 2014.

Does any1 using locking fuel caps in 5th gen 4Runner? If you do, can you tell me if it works well with the car? I would appreciate if you can provide the part number as well..
