I have noticed that most posters have used the daystar or cornfed spacers. In fact, I have not seen any posts on the quick lift for the 4th gen. I chose the Rancho quick lift option and have no regrets. I got it from amazon awhile ago when there was a $100 rebate from rancho and free shipping. Counting the tires i got appx a 2.75 inch lift in the front and 2.5 to the back with a very slight rake. I wanted to create a truck that was not to flashy and appeared for the most part stockish to deter sticking out and theft. For people on a budget, (cannot afford coilovers or OME) It is my opinion this is a great option. I can adjust the shocks to feel soft like a lexus or stiff like a dropped civic, all while clearing 32inch tires with no rubbing. I cannot attest to the bilstein 5100's for i have never ridden a rig with them installed.
As for the camper, coleman uses a dexter axle. I bought a conversion kit to allow the leaf springs to be raised above. It is a little more bouncy, but I will take it for the increased ground clearance. We go hunting and a lot of dry camping. To get to these locations, majority of the time we will be off roading it. The lift bought me about 4 inches and the tires about 1.5 to get a total of appx 5.5 inches.
