Found a clean '92 SR5, with 124k miles, and all the lettering worn off the cruise control buttons so I think it's had a lot of highway miles. Things that concern me..
1. A little oil seeping from the rear of the engine. So far every '92-95 4runner I've looked at seems to have oil oozing from the same vicinity.. Rear main seal? Oil pan gasket? Anything else?
2. One front CV boot is torn and throwing grease around, the other just cracked. What's this going to cost me? CV joints themselves sound ok, but I know they're vunerable.
They're asking about what a '95 would normally run $4500-5000, but it's got lower miles than all the '95's I've looked at and just has the feel of a well cared for vehicle.
