Looking at a new 4Runner

I am looking at a New 2010 4Runner SR5 with the premium third row package. My wife and I were not planning on buying a new vehicle until after our 2nd child was born in August but the dealer has indicated finding an SR5 model with leather and a third row is pretty rare (and I can get a good price since it's last years model). Does anyone have any idea if they are in fact rare, or if I won't have any trouble finding a similar vehicle in six months? Thanks

It's a good question, but anything a dealer says I think is BS in my opinion.
