Looking at a Runner

This would be my 3rd 4th gen, so I know what to look for. I just want your opinions on the price. I have him at $18500. KBB pp books at about $21. He was asking $19900 and has others interested, so $18500 is as good as he will do. Here are the stats:
2008 Shadow Mica Sport
V8 84k miles 4WD
sunroof, towing, cloth, JBL, almost new Michelins
Looks to be in great shape. 2 owner car.
The timing belt hasn't been done and I know will need to be soon.
What do you all think of the deal?

'06-'09 SE's with the V8 seem to be in high demand. I'd snag it based on the info you've provided.

It's the coveted Shadow Mica -- BUY IT!!!

Miles are obviously high for the year, but high mileage 4Runner's don't scare me. Think $18.5K is fair.

Just ask yourself if you're going to have buyer's remorse buying an 08 with that many miles -- 21K miles per year and 2nd owner car is a lot of turn over.

Seems like a fair deal but I'd have a trusted mechanic look at it if you can arrange it.
