Looking for 3rd Gen Tube Steps

I have a 2000 Limited 4x4. I have a 1 inch lift and took off the running boards.

The other day I recently saw a sport edition 4runner with the tube steps and it looked great. Would these fit directly on where my running boards previously bolted on. Where could I purchase these tube steps?
