Looking for a 4runner

Hey guys. I drove a 4runner last weekend. 2000 4wd 4cylinder 5speed. It was too nice to even take offroad IMO and im looking to get one in the $5000 range so that one isnt an option. But pretty much im in love with it now, im ready to sell my current car and move to one. So im looking to buy one lol. Only interested in a 3rd gen. with the above criteria. I hope someone knows where a decent one is so i can become an owner lol, i'm looking everyday for one.

where you at?

You should be able to find a 99-2000 easily in that price range with a bit of mileage on it.Properly cared for is the key.

I enjoyed your comment about the 2000 you drove was too nice to offroad in.

My 99 was too nice to offroad in as well when I first bought it- I still am very hesitant to take it places it might get the body/paint damaged.

The 5 speeds are a bit harder to find but dang well worth it-my 99 still feels like a rocket after driving a 95-(2nd gen) with the 4 cylinder motor. My baby is now 3 years old to me and I am loving it.
