I think the OP means a tow bar - in which you can pull the vehicle on all fours.

lol yeah Bull bar my bad lol cant believe i didnt catch that i could have sworn i put a b on that.....but anyways yeah a bull bar are they bolt on aswell and mods to do this?
 
I'm pretty sure most of what you'll find available are more for looks than anything else, pretty thin walled stuff and not too sturdy. I've considered building one for my wifes truck that would actually stand up to some abuse.

yeah figured, fortunetely my car is only a 2wd and i only plan to take it mild off road so it really doesent have to be too too sturdy, how do they worl do they bolt strait to the frame or is some welding needed?
 
there are all sorts of brackets that are all designed differently but they all work the same.

ive got one one mine right now and ill go take pictures of it for u if u want. that is if its not all packed full of snow (snowed a foot last night and ive been driving around. BRB
 
I would suggest a TJM T15 but you can't get them new in the US anymore. Maybe see if someone has one used for sale. I have the ARB that fits a 3rd gen 4Runner and Tacoma. I love the look and it bolts straight up to the frame. I have received numerous compliments on the way the ARB looks on my Runner.
 
what you are looking at it a bracket that attaches to the vehicle with 3 bolts. then the 3 larger bolts that u are talking about just attach the bar to t he brackets. thats u i said they weren't really good pic. just because you can hardly see the bracket.

Can you share pics of how it actually looks on the vehicle?
I'd like one, but I'm afraid the curves wont match the curves of my fat-lip 02 bumper.
